{Beach House Tour} A Light & Airy Cottage by Alexandra Angle

What an exciting week we have planned! Summer starts plus we have a surprise for you tomorrow as well as life in general at our cottage is beachy keen!

House Beautiful Magazine describes designer, Alexandra Angle,  as one who creates environments that are elegant, diverse, multi-generational, authentic, and rarely without a pinch of whimsy.

Today’s beach home tour features a Cape Cod-style cottage which is situated on a canal in Venice, California.  The designer described the cottage as, “Young, light, and happy.”

Alexandra mixed checks and stripes in the living room, added a Blue Chandelier over the stairwell, mixed together Swedish & American Cottage style to create a unique space.   Open shelving in the kitchen provides a classic cottage look and the entire cottage emits a sunny glow!
