Build Your Own Beach Cottage with These Plans

Wouldn’t it be lovely to have your perfect beach cottage custom built for you? Well, maybe you are one of the ones that have such a cottage – lucky you!!

If I had the chance to have a dream cottage built, this Cottage House Plan would certainly be considered.  I don’t know if I would change a thing about the exterior as it comes with all the architectural elements which I love…window boxes, decorative shingles and a nice deck for viewing the water from.

Any white kitchen with some bead board accents are on my list of likes as well as a nice big island for some casual dining.

Open floor plans are a favorite of mine; however a cozy nook here and there are certainly nice to have.  I’d probably decorate in a similar color palette but not quite so “country” – the valances aren’t really my style; however the beautiful windows are divine!
