Avocados and summertime just go together, don’t they? This Taste of the Coast recipe is easy to recreate on a hot summer day and is sure to be a hit.
Combine lump crab meat, mayonnaise, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño, lime zest, lime juice, sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and cumin together. Spoon the crab mixture into each avocado half and serve immediately. Very easy, very tasty and what a great start to a meal (or have as your meal!). The crab salad might be great for serving on crackers with cocktails as well. Hmmmm….
