Autumn Brunch

{Beach Cottage Decor} An Autumn Brunch at the Cottage

Ever since I shared Connecticut Designer, Susan Harris, love of unpredictable Autumn table settings last October, I’ve been wanting to try it for myself.  I thought it would be romantic to have a little Sunday brunch for the hubby & I so I assembled this years chosen Autumn hues of white, chocolate brown and light blue.  The woven place mats were found at a local thrift store and they add that natural and organic element which I’m so in love with right now.  Blue linen napkins were found at a local antique store.

I recently purchased some cute coffee stained/hand stamped tags from Beach Bum Beauties and they worked well as beachy napkin rings.  I have a ton more tags and am going to use them during the Holidays as place tags/napkin rings by personalizing each with a guest’s name on the back.

A variety of glass vases and jars were filled with cuttings from our garden.  Some of the flowers are gone for the year but the remaining pods add some really fun interest.  We’re still loving our newly antiqued pumpkin too :O)

Lovely post! Thanks for including our hand stamped tags in your brunch and article. I never thought of using them like you have, but they add a nice personal touch to the table. The tags are still avail in or Beach Bum Beauties Shop and will be transferred to our main shop Sea Shells by Sea Shore soon.
Thanks again for sharing! You are so creative!
