We’re celebrating white and modern this week for our beach house tour. Designed by Richard Meier and Michael Palladino the home features over 4,000 square feet of amazing ocean views. The simplistic clean lines of the interior don’t compete with the astounding exterior views which remain the focal point.
Though we normally prefer a bit more “comfy & cozy” in our beach home, we can certainly appreciate this dynamic piece of architecture. How about you?

I’d like to find out more? I’d like to find out more details.
Love the Modern lines of this CA beach home…
I agree- it is absolutely clean & fresh and has a wonderful open concept, I guess you’d feel as if youre constantly outside which is pretty cool, but I myself prefrer the rustic look, the distressed wood, old doors, antique canoe paddles and that comfy lived in look.
Just confirmed what I DO want & what I DONT want.
LOVE your blog btw- its the only blog in the whole world im subscribed to! I find it so inspiring-
Thank you for your lovely comment, Jessica! Distressed wood, old doors and antique paddles sounds perfectly wonderful.
Hugs,
Marie
I appreciate it, BUT I am not really into modern decor.
I’m with you. I can appreciate the beauty of it, but I much prefer a comfy, cozy space.
