We’re heading to New Jersey for this week’s Beach House Tour. Architect and surfer Richard Bubnowski designed this 3800 sq. ft. oceanfront residence with screened porch, exquisite dormers and details in every corner. Richard’s work has been published in Coastal Living, Style 1900, Home, Old House Interiors, Arts and Crafts Homes, and Design NJ. His firm has designed residences along the coast of New Jersey and as far away as Costa Rica.

The home’s interior design was created by Elizabeth B. Gillin and photographed brilliantly by Sam Oberter.
